Unless otherwise noted throughout this Web Site, Maury Enterprises, Inc. warrants to only the original buyer against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Any machinery, equipment, components, accessories, or parts manufactured by others are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty to the Seller. Complete terms of warranties are included with all shipments.
All items listed on this Web Site are stocked in our plant in Boca Raton, Florida, and, in most cases, can be shipped the same day the order is received. Infrequently, items must be back ordered from the original manufacturer and will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping, freight, and handling charges, as well as applicable sales taxes, are added to the invoices. Maury can deliver your equipment according to any arrangements made by you at the time you place the order.
No merchandise can be returned to Maury unless authorized by Maury. Returns must include an authorization number, issued by Maury, and be shipped freight prepaid. There will be a modest restocking charge, depending on the type of merchandise being returned, based on the invoiced amount of the item being returned. Additional charges will be made if the item is in less than saleable condition. All merchandise shipped to Maury without authorization will be returned freight collect. Products which are special ordered are not returnable. Exchanges and credits will be made only to the customer named on the original invoice. Sorry, but no returns or exchanges can be made for electrical or electronic items.
